Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an IT Quality Assurance Analyst II to lead testing across the software development lifecycle, including manual and automated approaches. Qualified candidates will have 4 years of QA/testing experience in technical roles, with 6 years preferred, and hold an Associate or Bachelor’s in CS/IS or related fields along with IT

Qualifications

• Associates in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Certification(s) in IT processes such as ITIL, ISO 9000, SQA, SQL Testing, Security, Six Sigma, healthcare applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs software testing across the full development lifecycle using scripts from requirements.
• Develop scope-appropriate test plans and test scripts for functional, system, and non-functional testing.
• Identify defects, analyze failures, and report on script effectiveness and quality improvements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and collaborate with PMs, BAs, and developers on testing efforts.
• Mentor/coaching for QAA1s and support process improvements for testing workflows.
