Job summary

HonorHealth in Arizona is seeking an IT Quality Assurance Analyst II to oversee testing across the software development lifecycle. The role focuses on manual and automated testing, developing test scripts, tracking defects, and mentoring junior QA staff.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, executing multi-level tests, and coordinating with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure quality deliverables. Hybrid work arrangement preferred in AZ.

Qualifications

• 4 years Quality Assurance or testing experience in a technical role using manual and automated processes.
• 6 years Quality Assurance or testing experience in a technical role using manual and automated processes.
• Certification(s) in IT processes such as ITIL, ISO 9000, SQA, SQL Testing, Security, Six Sigma, or healthcare applications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs solution and software testing using scripts developed from technical and functional requirements.
• Develop scope-appropriate test plans.
• Develop and execute test scripts for units, integration, system, sanity, regression, and other testing levels.
• Verify fulfillment of technical and workflow requirements.
• Identify defects and analyze failure/success of scripts.
• Mentor/coaching of QAA1s and collaboration with project teams.
