Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of multiemployer health consulting experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Medicare and retiree coverage.

• At least ten years of multi-employer health consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of plan design, funding arrangements, and vendor management.
• Experience with multiemployer plans and potential public/corporate client support.
• Hybrid, full-time role with client management and project delivery responsibilities.
• Travel required (local and regional).

• Lead or support health and group benefit engagements for clients.
• Provide strategic guidance on plan design, funding, vendor evaluation, and program effectiveness.
• Oversee marketing and vendor searches across lines, including medical and pharmacy.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and industry partners.
• Mentor consultants and junior team members; contribute to business development.
