Qualifications

• At least ten years of multi-employer health consulting experience and active health/life licenses.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience working with actuaries required.
• Experience with multiemployer health consulting services.
• Knowledge of legislation, market trends affecting multiemployer health market.
• Travel required; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Health and Group Benefit engagements, manage client projects and relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance on plan design, funding arrangements, and vendor evaluation/management.
• Oversee marketing and vendor search processes for lines of coverage, including medical and pharmacy.
• Ensure rigorous project tracking, peer review, and internal partnerships.
• Contribute to business development and client presentations.
• Collaborate across Milliman practices to deliver integrated client solutions.
