Job summary

Milliman seeks an experienced Health Consultant to lead and support multiemployer health engagements, managing client relationships and delivering strategic guidance on plan design, funding, and vendor management. The role covers marketing, vendor searches, and cross‑team collaboration in a hybrid, in‑person work model across multiple U.S.

locations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in health consulting, licenses in health/life insurance, and strong project management and communication skills

Qualifications

• At least ten years of multi-employer health consulting experience.
• Health and life insurance license(s) required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Experience working with actuaries is required.
• Knowledge of legislation, market trends and multiemployer health market.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support health and group benefit engagements and manage client relationships.
• Advise on plan design, funding arrangements and vendor selection/management.
• Oversee marketing and vendor searches for lines of coverage including medical and pharmacy.
• Provide strategic guidance and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
