This full-time hybrid role requires strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, with collaboration across Milliman practices to deliver integrated client solutions and grow the business.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of multi-employer health consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of benefits design, delivery, vendor management, and strategy.
• Experience with multiemployer plans.
• License(s) in health and life insurance.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Health and Group Benefit engagements.
• Manage client projects and relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance on plan design, funding arrangements, vendor evaluation.
• Oversee marketing and vendor searches across lines of coverage.
• Contribute to business development and client retention.
