Job summary
Prenuvo is seeking an experienced leader to head the Health Concierge - Inbound team from our Vancouver HQ. You will coach a team responsible for managing inquiries, generating leads, and nurturing patient relationships, driving sales while maintaining a patient-centered experience.
This role reports to the Director of Assisted Sales and collaborates closely with Sales leadership. You will mentor the team to achieve ambitious revenue targets, translate priorities into actionable plans, and stay
Qualifications
- 5-8 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Experience in a startup or growth-stage company
- Experience using call recordings and scorecards for coaching
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Patient-focused mindset in healthcare excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach inbound sales team to meet/exceed targets
- Own call-review rhythm, coaching, enablement, and process improvements
- Set and manage SLAs across inbound channels
- Ensure team has product and service knowledge for inquiries
- Support development plans and targeted training
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates
- Monitor market trends to adapt the team's approach
