Pompa Program is seeking a Health Concierge - Inbound to serve as the welcoming voice for clients starting or continuing their wellness journey. The role focuses on intake, scheduling Health Advisor consultations, and guiding product/test kit inquiries.

The ideal candidate excels in empathetic, consultative communication and maintains precise CRM records. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, respond to emails, and coordinate with back-office teams to resolve requests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative sales, account management or customer success.
• Experience in contact centers, intake operations, or healthcare-adjacent environments preferred.
• Location: resides in AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, ME, MN, MI, MO, NC, NE, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care.
• Guide clients through intake and scheduling for Health Advisor appointments on the same call.
• Secure future appointments when immediate completion isn’t possible.
• Support attendance through proactive reminders and comprehensive notes in CRM.
• Provide end-to-end guidance on product and test kit questions, including reorders.
