Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants with reviewing client needs and implementing benefit strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret health care data for client reporting.
• Develop familiarity with plan designs, cost factors, and renewal processes.
• Coordinate the RFP process on behalf of a client.
• Draft and structure client communications, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Engage carriers to gather quotes, negotiate, and review plan documentation.
