Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants with reviewing client needs and implementing benefit program strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret health care data for client reporting.
• Learn about insurance vendor marketplace, plan designs, and renewal processes for health programs.
• Coordinate the RFP process on behalf of a client.
• Draft client communications, proposals, reports, and presentations.
