Job summary

Mercer is seeking a Senior Health & Benefits Consultant, Data Analytics, to advise client accounts on medical, pharmacy, wellness and absence plans using data. This hybrid role can be based in any US city and requires three days in the office.

You will lead complex analytics engagements, drive revenue, leverage our data warehouse tools, and communicate industry trends to clients, while owning project scope, budget, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of using data to support employer clients.
• Renowned expertise in the health & benefits field.
• Client-facing experience in a consulting environment.
• Sales/growth experience in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client analytics engagements, managing analytics delivery.
• Generate sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and leading prospecting efforts with new clients.
• Have a deep understanding of data warehouse tools and methods, and be able to articulate them to clients and prospects.
• Effectively communicate Mercer's position on the latest industry trends to clients.
• Be accountable for revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects.
• Monitor project success in terms of scope, budget, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Set strategic direction and create demand for new products/services in the marketplace.
