Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Planner (GSW) to drive the financial health of brands, develop budgets, and coordinate production and billing across multiple accounts. You will forecast revenues, manage estimates, and serve as the primary client contact for financial matters.

The role requires 5+ years in advertising/marketing production, strong communication, and experience with project management tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery required.
• Strong financial management and vendor coordination abilities are essential.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple brands.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication.
• Experience with Gantt charts and project timelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives the financial health of assigned brands.
• Creates and maintains yearly and/or project-specific budget scope documents.
• Develops estimates and manages billing processes.
• Leads monthly forecasting including preparing forecast and providing rationale on submission.
• Serves as the client point of contact for financial management.
• Collaborates with brand Project Manager and Account brand leads to ensure transparency, accuracy and health of brand financials.
