Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Project Planner to drive financial and vendor aspects of accounts. You will manage scopes, estimates, and billing, forecast revenue, and coordinate production to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery
• Proven ability to manage timelines and budgets across multiple workstreams
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Has thorough knowledge of print, digital, and video functions and works with core teams
• Identifies problems and solutions to meet client/agency needs
• Delivers clear instructions with backup materials
• Maintains annual budget scope documents and develops estimates with allocations
• Manages billing/invoicing via billing worksheets and supports quarterly reconciliations
• Develops and refreshes project timelines and ensures on-time delivery with quality
