Job summary

You will lead a client-facing quantitative team, oversee regulatory developments, and drive initiatives aligned with Aon’s Target Operating Model while ensuring commercial relevance of actuarial work.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of healthcare actuarial experience with leadership impact.
• Demonstrated ability to connect actuarial expertise to commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability overseeing actuarial and financial tools and models.
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for actuarial and financial services across U.S. Health.
• Lead or coordinate actuarial and fiscal consulting engagements at scale.
• Partner with client leaders to drive revenue growth and profitable solutions.
• Build and govern tools and models for risk assessment and economic consulting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product and solution development.
