Aon plc in the United States is seeking a Lead Actuary for Health Solutions to define strategic direction across U.S. Health.

The role partners with Health leadership to promote profitable growth and ensure actuarial insights translate into client solutions. You will lead a client-facing actuarial and financial analysis team, oversee tools and models, and drive innovations within the Target Operating Model.

Qualificações

• Fifteen plus years of healthcare actuarial experience with leadership and strategic impact.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
• Ability to connect actuarial expertise to commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, margin improvement, client retention, and solution expansion.
• Strong analytical capability and experience overseeing actuarial and financial tools and models.
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial and financial concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic direction for actuarial and financial services across U.S. Health.
• Collaborate with Health leadership to promote business objectives and profitable growth.
• Lead or coordinate actuarial engagements and fiscal consulting at scale for large employers and insurers.
• Partner with client leaders to translate analytics into client value and growth opportunities.
• Build and govern tools/models to deliver market-leading risk assessment and economic consulting.
