This senior position requires fifteen plus years of healthcare actuarial experience, an FSA, and a proven ability to translate technical work into revenue, margin improvement, and client retention.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of healthcare actuarial experience with demonstrated leadership and strategic impact.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
• Demonstrated ability to connect technical actuarial expertise to commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, margin improvement, client retention, and solution expansion.
• Strong analytical capability and experience overseeing actuarial and financial tools and models.
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial and financial concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed commercial rigor in talent and resource decisions to support revenue growth and margin objectives.
• Define staffing models aligned with client needs and profitability with Health leadership.
• Lead client-facing quantitative and financial analysis teams and drive accountability.
• Serve as senior authority on actuarial trends and healthcare financial trends; translate data into insights.
• Lead risk management and fiscal strategy for client healthcare, financial, and broking decisions.
