• Make machine adjustments to reduce stock size.
• Adjust cold header machines with multiple tools and transfer fingers.
• Utilize cut-off tools and multiple dies effectively.
• Use common hand tools including micrometers, scales, and gauges.
• Apply shop math and standard shop practices.
• Monitor machine quality output by checking parts frequently.
• Collaborate with Tool and Die Makers in hammer, up-sets, and quills production.
