Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a map data validation lead to drive validation of HD/SD map data for autonomous driving within the map release team. This role requires deep domain knowledge, excellent collaboration across teams, and a proven track record in QA for geospatial map data.

The successful candidate will develop validation strategies, perform daily data checks, and mentor map release operators while contributing to a high-velocity autonomous driving program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of map data validation standards and methodologies.
• At least 6+ years of dedicated QA or operation experience in map data validation.
• GIS background is a plus.
• Autonomous individual who can work with minimal direction.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop overarching map data validation strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Identify gaps in the map data validation process and implement improvements.
• Perform manual and automatic map data validation daily.
• Train and support map release operators.
