Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara is seeking an accomplished map data validation lead to drive validation of HD/SD map data for autonomous driving within our map release team. You will apply deep domain knowledge of map data structures and validation strategies to ensure high-quality datasets.

The role requires 6+ years of QA/operations experience in map data validation, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, and a strong autonomous, cross-functional mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of map data validation standards and methodologies.
• At least 6+ years of dedicated QA or operation experience in map data validation.
• GIS background is a phenomenal plus.
• Autonomous, self-driven with strong collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop overarching map data validation strategy by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify gaps in the existing map data validation process and implement improvements across map release team.
• Perform manual and automatic map data validation on a daily basis.
• Train/support map release operators.
