Job summary

Compass, a leader in real estate technology, seeks a Manager for the Oracle HCM System to head the engineering team responsible for HCM integrations and related capabilities. You will own the roadmap, drive security, and coordinate with partners to deliver scalable solutions while maintaining production stability.

The role requires deep Oracle HCM expertise, strong leadership, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise application engineering, HCM tech, or integrations.
• 4+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud OCI, OIC, APIs, HDL/HSDL.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCM integration engineers across HCM applications to deliver innovative solutions.
• Own roadmap planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery across BAU and transformation.
• Oversee integrations for recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, core HR, learning, and performance management.
• Manage Visual Builder Studio enhancements to meet customer requirements.
• Partner with Deloitte and other vendors, ensuring accountability and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure security, SOX compliance, and change-management processes.
