Job summary

Compass is seeking a senior leader to manage the Oracle HCM System team, owning architecture, delivery, and reliability of HCM integrations and related capabilities during Oracle transformation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and partners to drive the roadmap, security, and production readiness while guiding engineers across BAU and major projects. A strong communicator with deep Oracle HCM knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise application engineering or integrations.
• 4+ years managing engineering teams.
• Experience hiring and coaching engineers and managing distributed teams.
• Deep experience with enterprise HCM integrations across benefits and payroll.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud OCI, OIC, APIs, HDL/HSDL, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, middleware/iPaaS, SFTP, batch processing.
• Understanding of data security, privacy, access controls, and SOX.
• Experience with Jira for SDLC and agile ceremonies.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCM integration engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Own roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery across BAU and transformations.
• Oversee integrations for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and learning.
• Manage Visual Builder Studio enhancements to meet customer needs.
• Set architectural direction and engineering standards across HCM and OIC.
• Ensure code quality, testing, deployments, monitoring, and change management.
• Own production support and incident response for critical systems.
• Coordinate with Deloitte and other partners; manage dependencies with stakeholders.
