Job summary

Compass seeks a senior leader to drive the Oracle HCM integration program, overseeing architecture, delivery, and operations of HCM integrations within our end‑to‑end platform. You will own the roadmap, coordinate with partners and stakeholders, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across payroll, benefits, and HR systems.

The role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, and Visual Builder Studio, plus strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and incident

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application engineering, HCM technology, or integrations.
• 8+ years of managerial experience managing onshore/offshore resources.
• Proven experience hiring, coaching, and developing engineers and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCM integration engineers across HCM applications to deliver innovative solutions.
• Own roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery across BAU and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee integrations supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, core HR, learning, and performance management.
• Manage Visual Builder Studio enhancements to meet customer requirements.
• Establish architectural direction and engineering standards across HCM and OIC development.
• Ensure design reviews, code quality, testing, deployments, and change management.
