Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Sr. Engineer– HCM Integrations to partner with the HCM Integration Manager as a senior technical leader. You will guide architecture, ensure continuity, and oversee day‑to‑day integration work across HCM and third‑party platforms.

You will design, implement, and support integrations (HCM, benefits, payroll, identity) with a strong emphasis on scalable architecture, security, and production readiness; mentor engineers and drive best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive enterprise application engineering and HCM integrations experience.
• Proven track record as Lead/Principal/Staff Engineer guiding complex architecture and best practices.
• Hands-on engineering with enterprise HCM platforms and integrations with benefits, payroll, and identity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical counterpart to the HCM Integration Manager, providing continuity across responsibilities.
• Lead technical integration work for HCM and third‑party platforms (Fidelity, Shareworks, Aetna, etc.).
• Build redundancy via documentation, runbooks, and ownership models; mentor engineers and establish engineering practices.
• Provide architecture reviews, code quality guidance, testing, deployment practices, and production support.
