Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Techno-Functional HCM Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications team in New York. You will support the PeopleSoft HCM environment while guiding upcoming ERP Cloud initiatives, including Workday and Oracle evaluations for FY2028.
You will partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and deliver enhancements, while leading functional aspects during upgrades and migrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8–15 years of experience in techno-functional HCM roles.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
- Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a techno-functional analyst supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
- Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements and solutions
- Configure and support HCM functionality across Payroll and HR domains
- Lead during system upgrades, enhancements, and ERP migration activities
- Create functional specifications and support testing efforts
- Run SQL queries and troubleshoot within the PeopleSoft database
- Support integrations between HCM systems and downstream applications
- Participate in ERP assessment, vendor selection, and cloud migration initiatives
