Job summary

Employvision Inc. seeks a Senior Workday & PeopleSoft Developer to support a healthcare payer’s enterprise HCM/ERP environment, focusing on PeopleSoft development, Workday reporting and integrations, data conversion, and PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration initiatives.

The candidate will work across HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions with expertise in both PeopleSoft and Workday, including HCM/FSCM modules and complex data migrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.
• 3+ years of Workday development/reporting experience.
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Reporting, Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, and integrations.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database experience.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, APIs, and ETL processes.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, data conversions, or migration initiatives.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM applications.
• Build and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and Application Designer solutions.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, EIBs, and integrations.
• Support integrations between Workday, PeopleSoft, and third-party applications.
• Develop enterprise reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, nVision, and related technologies.
• Support PeopleSoft-to-Workday data migration, conversion, mock loads, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
