Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. in Casa Grande, AZ seeks a Fuels Blending Manager to oversee hazardous waste operations, fuels blending, lab pack decommissioning, and solids consolidation at the Casa Grande facility. You will lead safety, compliance, and throughput initiatives while coordinating with the Plant Manager.

The role emphasizes a strong safety culture, regulatory adherence, and hands-on leadership within a hazardous waste environment, with a path for growth and development.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years’ experience within the hazardous fuels operations industry.
• Experience importing/exporting hazardous fuels waste between the nations of Mexico and the United States.
• Proven managerial experience with strong leadership and team building skills
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes
• Strategic rail transportation, planning, warehousing and rail logistics skills
• 40-hour OSHA Hazwoper Certification w/ current 8-hr refresher
• D.O.T. Hazardous Materials Training
• Able to obtain and maintain a fork truck license
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willing to consent to background checks and drug screening
• Able to lift 60 pounds regularly
• Willing to work flexible hours and emergency response rotations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hazardous waste operations including fuels blending, lab pack decommissioning/repackaging, and solids consolidation.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure all oversight areas meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with EHS to enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor and manage inventory of hazardous wastes.
• Improve processes to reduce costs and environmental impact.
• Establish relationships with kilns and rail operators; oversee rail logistics.
• Ensure compliance with permits and SOPs; participate in hiring decisions.
• Engage with local/state agencies and stay current on industry trends.
• Share recommendations with Plant Manager for new products/services.
• Participate in Emergency Response team duties.
