Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Fuels Blending Manager for the Casa Grande, AZ facility. You will oversee fuels blending, lab pack decommissioning, and hazardous waste consolidation, while leading staff, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient throughput.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and is onsite. Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in hazardous fuels operations, experience crossing borders (US-Mexico), strong leadership, and MS Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

5-10+ years’ experience in hazardous fuels operations.
Experience importing/exporting hazardous fuels waste between Mexico and the United States.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day hazardous waste operations including fuels blending, lab pack decommissioning, and solids consolidation.
Lead, train, and mentor staff while collaborating with EH&S to enforce safety protocols.
Manage inventory levels of incoming and outgoing hazardous waste materials and optimize throughput.
Build relationships with downstream kilns and rail operators to coordinate logistics.
Ensure compliance with all permits and standard operating procedures.
