Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Chemical Treatment Coordinator for our Casa Grande, AZ facility to manage chemical stabilization, neutralization, and evaporation operations. The role requires hazardous and non-hazardous waste experience and close collaboration with the Plant Manager to optimize safety, compliance, and throughput.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years’ experience within the hazardous and non-hazardous waste business.
• Proven experience with chemical stabilization, neutralization and evaporation processes.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Education: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree preferred.
• 40-hour OSHA Hazwoper Certification w/ current 8-hr refresher
• D.O.T. Hazardous Materials Training
• Able to obtain and maintain a fork truck license
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds and work overtime regularly

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of chemical stabilization, neutralization and evaporation.
• Review incoming waste streams for treatability and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and site procedures.
• Collaborate with EHS to enforce safety protocols.
• Recommend hires and develop staff.
• Improve processes to reduce costs and environmental impact.
• Monitor costs while maintaining service quality.
• Inspect treatment areas and processes regularly.
• Pursue best management practices for performance.
• Analyze industry trends and expand technical knowledge.
• Rotating on-call responsibilities for Emergency Response
