Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a Senior Supervisor Haulage/Crush and Convey to lead the Henderson mine and mill operations in a challenging, safety-focused environment. You will oversee production shifts, coordinate planning with maintenance and engineering, and ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory procedures.

The role requires supervisory experience and either a high school diploma with extensive operational background or a technical mining degree with related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 7 years related experience including supervisory
• Bachelor's degree in technical mining discipline with 3 years supervisory experience
• Certifications or licensure may be required

Responsibilities

• Ensure continued operations of production shifts through the production plan and schedules
• Provide Operations input for production and maintenance planning
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and complying with applicable laws
• Inspect assigned work units to ensure schedules and objectives are attained
• Coordinate daily with Maintenance, Processing, Engineering, Safety, Environmental, and Sales
• Directly supervise first-line or shift Supervisors
• Perform other duties as required
