Job summary
Beehive Industries in Centennial, CO seeks a Senior Engineer for Design & Modeling - Harness to lead electrical harness design and lifecycle activities in aerospace systems. You will partner with Controls and Systems engineering to deliver robust, production-ready harnesses that meet requirements, manufacturability, and reliability goals.
The role requires 5+ years of related experience, CAD proficiency, and a US government security clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace engineering.
- 5+ years related experience in aerospace harness design.
- Experience with electrical routing and systems engineering tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical harnesses and related components from concept to production.
- Create harness definitions: 3D routing, 2D drawings, wiring diagrams, pinouts.
- Own wire harness routing designs using CAD tools.
- Define connectors, cables, shielding based on requirements.
- Create and maintain interface control drawings and engineering change requests.
- Support integration, testing, and lifecycle activities.
