Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's; more with higher degrees.
• Experience designing electrical harnesses for aerospace/defense systems.
• Experience with electrical routing and systems engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and development of electrical harnesses and related components from concept to production.
• Create harness definitions with 3D routing, 2D drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation.
• Own routing designs and flattened harness drawings using CAD tools.
• Select electrical components based on technical and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and support reviews.
