Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior Hardware Verification Engineer to drive validation of high-speed digital products from design through production. You will lead cross‑functional efforts across HW, SW, firmware, and test automation.

Expect hands‑on development of automated test code, extensive lab debugging, and mentoring teammates on test strategy and best practices to ensure robust, scalable verification for next‑gen interfaces such as PCIe Gen4+.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in hardware verification or product test engineering.
• Strong programming in an OO language for automation and test framework development.
• Experience with high-speed digital tests and lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced test methodologies for functional and performance validation.
• Develop, debug, and deploy automated test code for scalable tests.
• Lead cross-functional investigations to resolve integration and performance issues.
• Own validation test deployment from development to factory release.
• Provide technical leadership and elevate testing practices.
