Job summary

Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive complex hardware projects from concept to production. You will own schedules, costs, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, production, and supply chain. This role is in-person in Somerville.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience in technical products.
• Deep understanding of a technical product design life cycle and problem solving.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to drive decision making and strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Ship the best product as fast as possible.
• Manage the strategy, planning, execution and delivery of complex products from concept through production.
• Own the program budget and staffing plans.
• Create and maintain product cost models and hit end-product cost targets.
• Act as the key link between the program team and stakeholders; report to leadership.
• Use disciplined PM methods to define scope and deliver within cost and schedule.
