The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hardware-focused program management, thrives in high-chaos environments, and demonstrates strong communication and risk-mitigation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Program Management experience in hardware/manufacturing environments.
• Thrives in high-chaos environments with rapid decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel 50–60% domestically and 10–20% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of hardware programs with milestones and deliverables.
• Align across engineering, production, sourcing, quality, and customers.
• Evaluate risks, remove roadblocks, and facilitate critical decisions.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining productive relationships.
• Partner with global manufacturing to support launches and production readiness.
