Qualifications

• Deep understanding of a technical product design life cycle and problem solving processes.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to drive decision making, e.g. trade-off discussions and program strategy.
• Business-minded approach; break down program decisions in terms of dollars.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, production, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Ship the best product as fast as possible.
• Manage strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of technically complex products from concept through production.
• Own the program budget, including staffing plans and cost controls.
• Create and maintain product cost models; ensure end product cost targets.
• Act as the key link between program team and stakeholders; report to leadership.
• Use disciplined PM methods to define scope and plans within cost and schedule.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and communicate status and risks.
