Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in NPI hardware projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Design engineering, New Product Introduction, and manufacturing for rack-mounted data center or enterprise equipment.
• Collaboration across electrical, mechanical, software, diagnostics, test and manufacturing teams.
• Exceptional project management, strong communication and organizational skills.
• Solid hardware development knowledge with a proven on-time delivery track record.

Responsibilities

• Create program plans, SoWs and PRDs for complex hardware programs.
• Lead weekly cross-functional engineering team meetings.
• Interface with customers and partners to align schedules, milestones and features.
• Drive a cross-functional team from HW, SW, manufacturing, product management and suppliers to market.
• Track and report on design validation and qualification status; address issues to avoid delays.
• Create a master schedule linking key deliverables across lifecycle stages.
• Lead design reviews, bug scrubs and milestone checkpoints.
• Coordinate scheduling, cost analysis and risk management for engineering programs.
• Escalate issues to senior leadership and ensure timely resolutions.
