Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. TPM on the Server Hardware Engineering team to lead multiple hardware development programs across internal customers, vendors, and partners. You will apply innovative technologies to scale server deployments while balancing performance, cost, and reliability.

You will collaborate with hardware, software, and network engineers to deliver world-class infrastructure and a superior customer experience, driving efficiency and accountability across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure and complex systems.
• Experience managing complex hardware systems across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple hardware product development programs in a cross-functional environment.
• Apply new technologies to large-scale server deployments to improve customer experience and cost.
• Drive process improvements using data and metrics to improve performance and efficiency.
• Own and execute defined processes to deliver savings and productivity for AWS hardware initiatives.
