Job summary

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead hardware program delivery for the Sortation Vertical. You will own the full program lifecycle from concept through validation, multi-site deployment, and sustaining support in the field.

You will drive cross-functional teams across Systems Engineering, Deployment Engineering, Solutions, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time, quality launches and ongoing success in Amazon's Sortation Centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience working with hardware engineering teams.
• Experience taking electromechanical hardware from prototype through production and field deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of sortation hardware programs across engineering disciplines.
• Own the change-control cadence for the hardware portfolio and ensure partners build to released revisions.
• Own procurement path for program hardware and translate lead times into schedule risk.
• Own launch readiness for site deployments and sustain solutions in the field.
