Responsibilities

• Lead the effective and efficient delivery of complex sortation solutions, working across all engineering disciplines.
• Interact with key stakeholders to define and deliver against project goals, including technical and operational deliverables.
• Collaborate cross functionally for extensible solution development and integration across hardware and software.
• Drive consensus on technical decisions and ensure resources are used to deliver high quality results.
• Develop and decompose functional requirements & specifications with Product Management and Systems Engineering.
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at the program level.
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
• Drive teamwork, communication, and commitment across groups with competing priorities.
