Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Hardware Test Development Engineer to drive end-to-end test architecture for production hardware across multiple regions. You will contribute to test system and software development, ensuring quality and reliability of servers, storage, and networking products.

The role spans design, validation, deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Onsite or remote work options are available, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field is required.
• 5-8 years’ experience in a software manufacturing test development/sustaining with enterprise server, storage or networking products is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with server hardware interaction, validation, and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts for automated testing.
• Support and maintain manufacturing server and rack level test software and infrastructure at production facilities.
• Maintain documentation of test procedures, specifications, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure testing meets standards.
• Stay updated on testing technologies and industry best practices.
• Contribute to overall test infrastructure and application architectures.
• Travel up to 10% globally as required.
