Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Hardware Test Development Engineer to contribute to a large-scale software production environment within the Intelligent Infrastructure division. You will design test systems, develop test software, and sustain production test infrastructure across multiple facilities and customers.

Responsibilities include collaboration with hardware, manufacturing and quality teams, documentation, and ongoing learning to keep processes competitive.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in software manufacturing test development/sustaining for enterprise hardware.
• Strong programming in Python, Java, Bash, C/C++ preferred.
• Experience with Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) and server hardware interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain test software and scripts to automate testing.
• Support and maintain production test software and infrastructure.
• Document test procedures, specs and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Stay current with testing technologies and industry practices.
• Define and collaborate on test infrastructure and app architectures.
