From our southern NH campus, Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions is looking for a talented, motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Agile engineering team, which values technical excellence.

The selected candidate will apply their design skills to develop and support our "Design it Right" initiative across complex defense products and technologies. This role offers opportunities to acquire product knowledge, enhance technical skills, and work on advanced projects in a hybrid work format.

The responsibilities include:

• Participating in a team of Hardware Design engineers to design, develop, and deploy Test Solutions, including Test Stations and Integrated Test Adapters (ITAs). These designs will span various technologies and approaches, offering interesting career opportunities.
• Engaging in program activities such as strategy, Design For Testability (DFT), hardware design, integration, debugging, verification, validation, and support.
• Collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives to establish and refine test development practices, including common architectures, design reuse, DFT, and standard tools.

The candidate should be proficient with state-of-the-art design and analysis tools, laboratory equipment, and working effectively in small teams.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with test product development and electronics support
• Eligibility for a DOD Security Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with RF test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Signal Analyzers, etc.)
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and testing methodologies
• Strong communication skills
• Experience developing embedded systems for harsh environments
• Creativity, ingenuity, and resourcefulness
• Familiarity with electrical design, schematic capture, and analysis tools
• Experience with test software development and integration
• Knowledge of digital, RF, or optical test code development
• Experience with PCB design using Cadence tools
• Experience with NI LabWindows and TestStand
• Experience with factory test stands and problem resolution
• Familiarity with AS9145 processes
• Experience with FPGA designs
• Knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems or high power RF SDR hardware
• Understanding of memory interfaces (DDR, QSPI)
• Knowledge of data transfer protocols (PCIe, Ethernet, JESD 204, I2C, JTAG)
• Fundamentals of electronics and communication standards
• Active DOD security clearance

Pay Range

Full-Time Salary: $92,290 - $156,860
