Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronics labs, hardware validation, or data center hardware.
• Experience soldering PCB, rework SMT/through-hole, using common tools.
• Assemble, configure, troubleshoot, and bring-up servers or high‑end hardware.
• Follow procedures for firmware updates, OS installation, and hardware validation.
• Configure and support lab infrastructure including racks, cabling, PDUs, and network gear.
• Maintain lab readiness and inventory, calibration coordination, and procurement support.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCB and hardware rework on PCBs with standard lab tools.
• Configure, install, and bring-up servers and related components.
• Update firmware and verify BIOS/BMC settings as directed.
• Record results, monitor health checks, and report anomalies to engineers.
• Maintain organized lab, manage supplies, and coordinate calibration.
