Job summary

DensityAI is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and bring up board-level hardware for our AI accelerator platforms. You will own schematic capture, PCB layout, PDN design, and system-level electrical design from schematic through lab bring-up and validation.

You will collaborate with silicon, packaging, SI/PI, thermal, and firmware teams to resolve issues, drive component selection, and work with contract manufacturers through fab and assembly.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in board/system-level electrical design for complex high-speed digital systems.
• Schematic capture and PCB design for high-speed interfaces and power delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own schematic design and drive PCB layout for accelerator boards and system hardware.
• Design and validate power-delivery networks (PDN) and rails for high-current silicon.
• Bring up new boards in the lab and debug to meet specifications.
• Drive component selection, DFM/DFT, and coordinate with manufacturers and vendors.
• Collaborate across silicon, packaging, SI/PI, thermal, and firmware teams to resolve issues.
