Job summary

Advanced Technology Search is assisting a global leader in semiconductor solutions powering AI, networking, and data center infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior to Principal Level Hardware Engineer to design SLT PCBs for cutting-edge AI and hyperscale data center products.

The role covers full PCB development lifecycle from architecture and Cadence Allegro schematic capture through manufacturing, board bring-up, and debugging. Located in PA or CO; US citizenship or green card required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on hardware development experience.
• Strong background in high-speed PCB design for complex systems.
• Experience collaborating with hardware, firmware, software, SI and mechanical teams.

• Owning the full PCB development lifecycle-from architecture and Cadence Allegro schematic capture through manufacturing, board bring-up, and debugging.
• Collaborating with hardware, firmware, software, signal integrity (SI), and mechanical engineering teams.
• Working on complex, high-speed PCB designs that support next-generation semiconductor devices.
• We're looking for someone with 12+ years of hands-on hardware development and strong experience in high-speed PCB design.
• Full time role, Direct hire.
• Located in PA or CO.
• Need to be a Green Card Holder or a US Citizen.
