Job summary

DensityAI is hiring a board-level physical design engineer in Mountain View to own the layout, stackup definition, and fabrication release for our accelerator silicon modules. You will manage high-speed routing, impedance, and large fine-pitch BGA escape while coordinating with SI, PI, packaging, and fab partners.

You will drive design-for-manufacturing and design-for-assembly with PCB vendors, support bring-up and debug, and contribute to advanced tooling to speed layout reviews and DRC checks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PCB layout experience on server, networking, or accelerator-class systems with high layer counts.
• Experience with constraint-driven layout for high-speed, high-current boards.

Responsibilities

• Own board-level physical design for the systems our AI accelerators ship in stackup and impedance definition, placement, high-speed routing, and fabrication and assembly release packages
• Own high-current power delivery layout and large fine-pitch BGA escape for advanced accelerator packages
• Drive DFM/DFA with PCB fabrication and contract manufacturing partners, and support board bring-up and debug
• Use and develop AI assisted tool flows to accelerate layout, review, and design-rule checking
