Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years in commodity management, vendor management and hardware sourcing.
• Experience managing silicon, memory and storage components.
• Strong negotiations and ability to manage executive-level relationships.
• Experience leading complex technical programs in compute, storage, or networking hardware.
• Analytical skills to model cost, supply and risk tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity strategy and monitor market trends and pricing cycles.
• Manage day-to-day and strategic supplier relationships for servers and components.
• Secure supply allocations and mitigate long lead time risks with engineering input.
• Lead pricing negotiations, LTAs, discounts, and cost models.
• Oversee quality and lifecycle decisions, including EOL and tech refresh.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, capacity planning, finance and DC ops.
