Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, supply chain, or engineering.
• 5-7 years in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing.
• 5-7 years direct supplier/supply chain management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supplier/commodity/category sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate suppliers, manage RFQ process and drive final supplier selection.
• Negotiate agreements to establish pricing, quality, delivery and terms.
• Manage ramp and production plans with designated suppliers.
• Communicate cost, schedule, quality, risk and supplier issues across teams.
