Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with 10+ years in hardware quality, manufacturing or reliability.
- Deep expertise in automotive quality systems and core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA/DFMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Experience taking hardware from NPI to high-volume mass production and managing global supply chains.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hardware quality and validation for autonomous data collection platforms.
- Bridge global supply chains and optimize vendor interactions across borders.
- Lead crisis management and rapid containment using 8D and DMAIC methodologies.
- Oversee inspection criteria, ATPs, and environmental testing; enable fast diagnostics.
- Drive continuous improvement and technology transfer across production lines.
