Peloton is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to ensure hardware products meet high quality standards from design through mass production. You will identify risks early, define quality plans, and lead investigations with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

The role requires a strong background in electro-mechanical product quality, NPI, and statistical analysis, with a track record of driving corrective actions and solid communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or other technical discipline.
• 6+ years in product development with 3+ years in a Quality role for complex electro-mechanical products.
• Understanding of NPI cycles and driving quality improvements during development.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams to resolve critical quality issues.
• Ability to develop specifications and test plans and translate results into field predictions.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and tools (Minitab, JMP).
• Knowledge of advanced quality tools (DOE, MSA, Hypothesis testing, GR&R, CpK).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to influence decisions at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multi-functional teams to perform early risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive alignment across Quality functions (Supplier, Field, Reliability, Failure Analysis, Safety).
• Lead cross-functional response to critical quality escalations and close issues using 8D/RCCA.
• Define, implement, and audit quality processes at FATP sites to meet targets.
• Develop predictive models to estimate warranty rates from field data.
• Communicate quality risks, mitigations, and next steps to leadership and stakeholders.
• Influence partners to implement quality improvements for field performance.
• Travel up to 30% (domestic and international).
